Allen was always there for me. I had high expectations, so it took me a while to reconcile my hopes with the reality of the current market, but Allen was always patient, kind and understanding. Whenever I texted or called him, I always received an immediate response. If I wanted to meet with him, he'd meet me. From the day my house was listed to the day we closed on the sale, I felt like he worked for me and me alone. He worked hard, we got there in the end, and I will be forever grateful. He knows his stuff and I highly recommend his services.
